What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Kin Sang Estate?
Please provide the old and new unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage, and power supply positions to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation, and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the side of the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions will be checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, in cases of water dripping, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
