What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Glorious Garden?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed according to the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for cases involving water leakage, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
