Provide the old and new unit models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; the general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed according to the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the dripping was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
