Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?
Our repair service does not include warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, method of handling, required parts, and quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation; parts supply is checked against the actual model.
What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner in Butterfly Estate?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support structure, piping, drainage, and power supply locations to confirm removal, transport, and any additional work. Running a new power line from the main switch to beside the unit is not included in basic installation; standard installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
