What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Yu Nga Court?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioning cleaning?
The cleaning service comes with a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, in a water leakage case, it must first be confirmed whether the leakage was caused by the cleaning, and it does not mean that all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
