What installation items should be checked when replacing an air-conditioner at Rhythm Garden?
Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations to confirm dismantling, transportation and any additional work. Pulling a new power line from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. Standard installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed according to the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air-conditioner cleaning?
Cleaning service comes with a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions must be checked against the cleaning service terms. For example, in water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
