Work will begin only after confirmation. Parts supply is subject to verification against the actual model.
What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Fok On Garden?
Please provide the new and old model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, moving work and any additional work. Running a new power line from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning come with a warranty?
Cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in leak cases, it must first be confirmed whether the leak was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or water leakage will be repaired free of charge.
