What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Hemma Emerald?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, pipework, drainage and power supply locations to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty; building or management requirements will be confirmed based on actual conditions.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in a water dripping case, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
