Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation. Work will begin only after confirmation. Parts availability is checked according to the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing air conditioners at South Wave Court?
Please provide the old and new unit models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any additional works. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
Cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning service; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
