What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Ching Tin Estate?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air-conditioner cleaning include a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The covered scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the dripping was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean that all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
