What installation items need to be confirmed when replacing an air conditioner at Wah Kwai Estate?
Provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to verification under the cleaning service terms. For example, in cases of water leakage, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all existing faults or water leakage will be repaired free of charge.
