What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Hing Tin Estate?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions to confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra work. Pulling a new power line from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. General installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on actual conditions.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are verified according to the cleaning service terms. For example, for water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether it is caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or water leaks will be repaired free of charge.
