What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Fung Shing Court?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any extra work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the dripping was caused by cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
