What installation items need to be checked when replacing air conditioners at Tong Ming Court?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any extra work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. General installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioning cleaning include warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions will be checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, in dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning service; this does not mean all existing faults or leaks are covered by free repair.
