What installation items need to be confirmed when replacing an air conditioner at Po Lam Estate?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed according to the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning; it does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
