Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the required method, the parts needed and the quotation; work will only start after confirmation. Parts availability will be checked against the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Nga Ning Court?
Please provide the new and old model, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations to confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any extra work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the standard installation. The general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer's warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed according to the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning come with a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning, and it does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
