Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Does air conditioner cleaning come with a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions will be checked against the cleaning service terms. For example, in cases of water dripping, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
