What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at King Lam Estate?
Please provide the new and old model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any extra work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. General installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning service; this does not mean that all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
