The inspection/attendance fee is HK$500, and this is a single charge that will not be split and charged again. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation. Parts availability will be checked against the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Walton Estate?
Provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year, and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
