Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage, and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation, and any extra work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. General installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
