What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air-conditioner at Yung Shing Court?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, pipework, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air-conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the scope and conditions will be checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, in cases of water dripping, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning service; this does not mean that all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
