What installation items should be confirmed when replacing an air conditioner at Fook Mui Building?
Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional works. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the side of the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer's warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning come with a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are checked according to the cleaning service terms; for example, for water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning, and it does not mean that all existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
