Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation, and work will only begin after confirmation; parts supply is checked against the actual model.
What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Chelsea Court?
Provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the side of the unit is not included in basic installation; the general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements are confirmed based on actual conditions.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are checked according to the cleaning service terms; for example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning, and it does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
