If repair is carried out after the inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for AC repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, handling method, required parts and quotation; work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply will be checked against the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an AC at Tin Ping Estate?
Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. General installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty; building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are checked according to the cleaning service terms; for example, in water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning service. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
