What installation items need to be confirmed when replacing an air conditioner at Kam Lung Court?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any additional work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements are confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the dripping was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
