What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Tung Wui Estate?
Please provide the new and old model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions to confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and additional work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, dripping cases must first be confirmed as caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or water leakage will be repaired free of charge.
