What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Choi Shek Estate?
Please provide the new and old model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions to confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any extra work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. General installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
Cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions should be checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, leakage cases must first be confirmed as caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or water leaks will be repaired free of charge.
