What installation items should be checked when replacing the air conditioner at Wilhelmina?
Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in cases of water leakage, it must first be confirmed whether the leakage was caused by the cleaning service, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
