What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Tai Ping Estate?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The usual installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions must be checked against the cleaning service terms. For example, in leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
