What installation items should be confirmed when replacing an air conditioner at North Point Terrace?
Provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, pipework, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and extra works. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioning cleaning?
The cleaning service comes with a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
