What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Neptune Terrace?
Provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support structure, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty of the unit. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions will be checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, in leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning service. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or water leaks will be repaired free of charge.
