What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Wah Sum Estate?
Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. General installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning include a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, in dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning. This does not mean all existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
