What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Lung Hin Court?
Please provide the new and old model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; the standard installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning come with a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the problem was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
