What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Yiu On Estate?
Provide the new and old unit types, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations to confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional works. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty; building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air-conditioner cleaning include a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, in water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean that all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
