What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner in Ying Tung Estate?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty; building or management requirements are confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service comes with a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are checked according to the cleaning service terms; for example, for water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
