Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

For water dripping or poor cooling at King Court air conditioners, should cleaning or inspection come first?
Please first describe where and when the symptoms occur. Dust buildup, drainage problems and component faults require different handling. If the cause is unclear, inspection should come before deciding on cleaning or repair. Cleaning does not guarantee that the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical appliances, please stop using the related equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for King Court calculated?
The inspection / attendance fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be split and charged twice. If repair work is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Does air-conditioner repair include a warranty?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply is checked against the actual model.
When replacing an air conditioner at King Court, which installation items should be checked?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling, transport and any additional work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer's warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air-conditioner cleaning include a warranty?
The cleaning service comes with a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
