Split-type indoor unit cleaning
Clean the cooling coil, fan blades (squirrel cage), dust filter and drain tray, and clear and inspect the drainage. Water collection and electronic board waterproof protection are prepared before cleaning.
Window unit cleaning
Clean the dust filter according to the model, installation location and accessible area, and inspect dust build-up. The customer does not need to dismantle the unit themselves.

Basic scope and separate quotations
Basic indoor cleaning for split-type units does not include the outdoor condenser. If additional cleaning, repairs, or parts replacement are needed, we will first confirm feasibility and provide a quote, and proceed only after the customer’s confirmation.

Existing issues
Existing water dripping, poor cooling, unusual noise or tripped breaker issues must be stated first. Cleaning does not replace fault inspection or repair.

If Treasure View has air conditioner water dripping or poor cooling, should cleaning or inspection come first?
Please first state where and when the symptoms appear. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults require different handling; if the cause is unclear, inspect first and then confirm cleaning or repair. Cleaning does not guarantee to solve the fault. If water is near electrical equipment, please stop using the relevant equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Treasure View calculated?
The inspection / call-out fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be billed separately more than once. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair charge; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation; work will only start after confirmation. Parts availability is checked against the actual model.
What installation items should be checked when replacing the air conditioner at Treasure View?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. General installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks are repaired free of charge.
