What installation items should be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Kam Fung Court?
Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any extra work. Running a new power line from the main switch to the unit is not included in the basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions shall be checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, water leakage cases must first be confirmed as caused by the cleaning work. This does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
