Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, the required parts and the quotation. Work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply will be checked against the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing an air conditioner at Hin Ming Court?
Please provide the new and old unit models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Bringing a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. Standard installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Does air conditioner cleaning include a warranty?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions shall be checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the leakage was caused by cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
