For water dripping or poor cooling at Easeful Court, should cleaning or inspection come first?
Please first state where and when the symptom occurs. Dust build-up, poor drainage and component faults require different handling. If the cause is unclear, inspection should come first before confirming cleaning or repair. Cleaning does not guarantee that the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical appliances, please stop using the related equipment first.
How is the on-site inspection fee for Easeful Court calculated?
The inspection/attendance fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be split or charged twice. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for air-conditioning repair?
Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, method of handling, required parts and quotation. Work will start only after confirmation; parts supply will be checked against the actual model.
What installation items need to be checked when replacing air conditioners at Easeful Court?
Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any extra works. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. The warranty for standard installation is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty for the appliance, and building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air-conditioning cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the dripping is caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
