For water leakage or insufficient cooling at Yow San Building, should cleaning or inspection come first?

Cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be resolved. If water is near electrical equipment, please stop using the relevant equipment first.

How is the onsite inspection fee for Yow San Building calculated?

The inspection/visit fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be split and charged twice. If repair work is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.

Is there a warranty for air conditioner repairs?

Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the handling method, required parts and the quotation; work will only begin after confirmation. Parts supply is checked against the actual model.

What information is needed for replacement or new air conditioner installation?

Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support structure, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation; general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer's warranty, and any building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.

Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, in leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
