For air conditioner water dripping or poor cooling at AIA Central, should cleaning or inspection come first?

First state where and when the symptoms occur. Dust buildup, poor drainage and component faults are handled differently; if the cause is not clear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair. Cleaning does not guarantee that the fault will be solved. If water is near electrical equipment, please stop using the related equipment first.

How is the on-site inspection fee charged for AIA Central?

The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is one single charge, not charged separately or repeatedly. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair charge; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.

Is there a warranty for air conditioning repair?

Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the method of handling, the required parts and the quotation; work will start only after confirmation. Parts supply is subject to actual model verification.

What information is needed for replacement or new air conditioner installation?

Provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support structure, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling, transportation and extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation. General installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty; building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.

Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?

Cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, in water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
