What information is needed for air conditioner replacement or new installation?
Provide the new and old model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transport and extra work. Running a new power line from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation; general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer's warranty, and building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
