Our repair service does not include any warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, handling method, required parts and quotation; work will begin only after confirmation. Parts supply is subject to checking against the actual model.
What information is needed for air conditioner replacement or new installation?
Provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supports, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm dismantling of the old unit, transport and any additional work. Pulling a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty; building or management requirements are subject to actual confirmation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
Cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, in water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the leakage was caused by the cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
