What information is needed for air conditioner replacement or new installation?

Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in standard installation; the general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on the actual situation.

Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty. The scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning service, and this does not mean all existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
