Cleaning does not guarantee the fault will be solved. If water is close to electrical appliances, please stop using the relevant equipment first.

How is the on-site inspection fee for Five Pacific Place calculated?

The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be split and charged twice. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.

Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?

Our repair service does not include any warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, method of handling, required parts and quotation; work will only start after confirmation. Parts supply is verified against the actual model.

What information is needed for replacement or new air conditioner installation?

Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer's warranty, subject to actual confirmation by the building or management.

Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?

Cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms; for example, for water dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning, and this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
