Please provide the old and new models, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support structure, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and any additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; general installation warranty is one year, calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty, and building or management requirements will be confirmed as applicable.
Is there a warranty for air conditioning cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are checked according to the cleaning service terms. For example, in water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
