If ZING's AC is dripping or not cooling, should cleaning or inspection come first?

First describe where and when the symptoms occur. Dust buildup, poor drainage and mechanical faults require different handling; when the cause is unclear, inspect first before confirming cleaning or repair. Cleaning does not guarantee to solve the fault. If water is near electrical equipment, please stop using the related equipment first.

How is the on-site inspection fee for ZING calculated?

The inspection/attendance fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be billed separately more than once. If repair is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair fee; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.

Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?

Our repair service does not include a warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, handling method, required parts and quotation, and work will start only after confirmation; parts supply is subject to verification against the actual model.

What information is needed for AC replacement or new installation?

Please provide the new and old models, indoor and outdoor unit locations, supporting structure, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling, delivery and any additional works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; general installation warranty is one year and is calculated separately from the manufacturer's warranty. Requirements from the building or management will be confirmed based on the actual situation.

Is there a warranty for AC cleaning?

The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty; the scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for dripping cases, it must first be confirmed whether the issue was caused by cleaning, and it does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
