The inspection/call-out fee is HK$500, and it is a single charge that will not be billed twice separately. If repair work is carried out after inspection, this HK$500 can be deducted from the repair charge; if no repair is carried out or the quotation is not accepted, HK$500 will be charged.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner repair?
Our repair service does not include any warranty, including parts and workmanship. After inspection, we will first explain the fault, the required solution, the parts needed and the quotation; work will only start after confirmation. Parts supply is checked against the actual model.
What information is needed for air conditioner replacement or new installation?
Provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit positions, support, piping, drainage and power supply locations, and confirm removal of the old unit, transportation and additional work. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation. The general installation warranty is one year, separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Requirements from the building or management should be confirmed based on the actual situation.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
Cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions should be checked against the cleaning service terms. For example, in water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether the leakage was caused by the cleaning work; this does not mean all pre-existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
