What information is needed for air conditioner replacement or new installation?
Please provide the old and new model, indoor and outdoor unit locations, support, piping, drainage and power supply positions, and confirm dismantling, delivery and any extra works. Running a new power supply from the main switch to the unit is not included in basic installation; the general installation warranty is one year and is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty. Building or management requirements will be confirmed based on actual conditions.
Is there a warranty for air conditioner cleaning?
The cleaning service includes a 90-day warranty, and the applicable scope and conditions are subject to the cleaning service terms. For example, for water leakage cases, it must first be confirmed whether it was caused by the cleaning; this does not mean all existing faults or leaks will be repaired free of charge.
